Adam Beard to join Wales Rugby World Cup squad after having appendix removed

Adam Beard will join with Wales‘ World Cup squad in Japan early next week.
The Ospreys lock was admitted to hospital.
Wales‘ opening World Cup match is from Georgia in Toyota on September 23.
A Welsh Rugby Union spokesperson stated:“Adam Beard was admitted to hospital in Wales with suspected appendicitis from Wales group medics before the squad’s death last Wednesday.
„He had his appendix removed uneventfully after that afternoon and is recovering nicely. He will rejoin the remainder of the squad at Japan early next week.“
23, beard, will be evaluated on arrival with the hope.
As he continues his comeback from a stress fracture in his leg wales are likely to function as Beard lock Cory Hill for this match.
Hill was appointed in Wales‘ World Cup group, with the pool against Australia on September 29 being his first goal.
