Some minutes from the Ingebrigtsen family video series are famous.
Prior to moving into gold when 17-year-old Jakob high-fived older brother Henrik there was time midway through last summers European 5,000 m final in Berlins Olympic Stadium.
At 2017, their Filip – younger compared to Henrik and elderly than Jakob – fell over the lineup in the Olympic Stadium of London as he became the first European to win a planet trophy in 14 decades.
Back in March, Henrik dived full length together with Jakob taking success once more, in a valiant, dramatic, if unsuccessful, try to steal the silver medal in the European Indoor Championships at Glasgow from Britains Chris OHare.
Others are less well known.
Filmed more than a decade past, there opens a shaky camcorder shot with three Ingebrigtsen brothers in framework.
On the left, Henrik. To the best, Filip. In the middle, the earliest of their familys seven children, Kristoffer.
Huddled round a desk, the teens, sporting tracksuits, critique a national youth event in.
Lets hear how it went in Oslo. Let us begin with Kristoffer, states a voice off screen.
No, answers Kristoffer, glowering back down the lens.
This was a great trip. You didnt have any major goals, did you really? Can you? Says the voice.
No, no! States Kristoffer, developing annoyed.
The voice asks the boys to outline their goals.
And Kristoffer? It enquires following his siblings have had their say.
We will make an effort to not come last, interjects Henrik.
I wont come last! Shouts Kristoffer, aiming an elbow into his brothers knee.
It is a snapshot of European athletics family dynastys building.
The European name that Jakob acquired at 2018 in Berlin had been passed to him from Filip, that was victorious two years before. Henrik, who topped the podium was in turn triumphed by him.
All three head to this weeks World Championships together with Filip and Jakob Henrik joining them at the 5,000 m, where the trio are shots that are longer and serious contenders such as awards.
Is apparent where this unexpected geyser of sporting achievement sprung from.
Certainly, in a tiny city of about 75,000, Sandnes facing out on to the North Sea, climbing up , the youthful Ingebrigtsens spirit was claustrophobic.
Kristoffer, Henrik along with the younger Jakob and Martin, would race each other getting in and out of the car, if they werent fighting for supremacy on bicycles, skis, at the pool or on the trail.
Their Ingrid, 13, is training as an athlete. William, for jogging sneakers on his ultrasound scanning jokingly measured up, is to start a sports profession, but remains only five.
The family heritage of sport that is specialist is just 1 generation deep, however.
Their father – himself raised in a household that is bad – is a logistics director. Tone, their mother, owns a pair of salons.
I am not particularly interested in game, Gjert tells BBC Sport.
Were a typical household with a lot of kids. We spent a lot of time outside, skiing, hiking around, going to the mountains, cross-country skiing, exercising outside… but its by coincidence. We never intended for anything.
That changed.
As his sons sport has become more severe, therefore has Gjert. Hes now coach, manager and also representative, dictating their event schedule, gruelling coaching sessions that are high-tempo and commercial prices.
It could be that Im rather strict in the way I see things, he reflects.
The boys come to me and say:I want to be a European winner. I say:I wish to help you, I can help you, however you have to do everything that I tell you
If you do not, I cant have part of it. My ultimate objective is to find out all the children succeed, to achieve their objectives. I reach mine, Should they reach their objectives.
I stand out from other parents. I am very demanding and its a sort of contract between the boys to help them be the very best they can be but they must endure me after them daily each year.
By entering in that bargain, Jakob, Filip and Henrik have sold themselves entirely.
Filip remembers waking early as an eight-year-old to perform an hour of roller ski – a warm-weather variant of cross-country ski – until he headed to school.
Henrik remembers asking his dad to set up the mornings as well as sessions in the afternoons. His father agreed, however, told them to not tell teachers unless they grew concerned that he pushed them too hard.
There is nothing about their commitment today. Every September, Gjert generates a training program for the subsequent 12 months, laminating it to prevent any revisions. He will be trackside, barking orders and collating particulars of his sons improvement and recovery in a spreadsheet.
Within a bid to lure sponsors to fund the brothers careers, Gjert defeated his sons reluctance and allowed television to shoot on a reality series about them.
Team Ingebrigtsen captures the anxieties which continue together with the single-minded hold on the lives of his family of Gjert.
In a awkward spectacle, Filip accuses him of conducting adictatorship as a visit to southern Europe along with his girlfriend, whos sitting in the room, is quashed in favour of coaching.
In a different, eldest son Kristoffer – whod deny athletics to get a career in economics and a relative life of his own – calls his own parentsdumb for getting their eldest child, William, 25 years after his own birth.
I believe theyre doing this instead of going back and working on connections with the kids they have, he adds caustically.
Gjert gives as good as he gets.
He looks down the barrel at one stage and states:I dont wish to be an angry guy, I need to be a dad.
However, when an angry man will deliver them their fantasies, I will bear that forfeit.
Hes not anywhere near the first sporting father to intertwine his achievement with this of his children.
The Williams sisters, Mary Pierce and andre Agassi are some of the the tennis stars who were driven to stardom by dad figures, however there are dangers in addition to rewards.
As fans of Lewis Hamilton particularly, and motorsport in general, Filip, Henrik and Jakob will know the story of the five-time Formula 1 world champion and his dad.
His father was sacked by Hamilton as his representative after he had masterminded his rise to the top. The pair barely talked for the following two years, but have slowly awakened, together with the driver offered in July as saying that their connection is thebest we have ever had.
Is the mean daddy act of Gjert justified by the ends of leading sporting careers?
Just how much of their impetus for his childrens sports comes from inside themselves and how much is currently conforming to the culture of their household?
Theres absolutely no simple answer. There is not any answer.
He could always be my dad. You can not take that hat off and say I am your trainer, says Filip. It is hard, but I believe, all in all, it is much more positives than negatives. He gives more as a mentor because hes also a father – that he always wants me to do my best and also has my best interests in mind.
Jakobs take is a little different.
There are a lot of ups and downs and advantages and positive about using a dad for a coach., he says. For other athletes I wouldnt recommend it as it is too much difficult work and you want a father outside of working out.
For now, and essentially our whole lives, he has been a mentor because we have asked ourselves whats the most important – do we really wish to have a household or do we want to run quickly?
Sons that operate relationships that hold. Gjert, whos written a book will expect both visions are realised in Doha. And beyond.
